All fresh and hand made recipes and cooking styles from our Mom's international living. We specialize in deep marination and slow cooking with the highest quality free range, free roaming, and Zabiha Halal meats. Traditional slow cooked meat dishes are available in the Pakistani House. For all our Vegan and Vegetarian guests we have the Indian House gourmet dishes. Our Spiced Grill gives you Basmati rice and fresh Chapati with your choice of slow cooked Middle Eastern style meats - all marinated in our Mom's spices for over 24 hours. We also make authentic Street Chaats and Desserts to give you a full cultural experience.

Sweet Chaat – Vegetarian
Home made sweet yogurt blended with spices and layered with fluffy pakoras and crispy puris. $5.99

Aloo Chaat – Vegetarian
Samosa filling potato patty, tamarin sauce, crispy puris, and cilantro all blended with a spice mix. All in sweet yogurt with special green chutney, raita chutney, fluffy pakoras, tomato, onion, and seasoned chick peas. $5.99

Nihari-
Our rich, spiced, and beefy broth soup served with chunks of tenderized beef slow cooked after deep marination.

Goat Beets –
Shredded root-beets cooked with our dry masala then mixed with chunks of goat meat on the bone after deep marination.

Butter Chicken –
Sliced all white boneless chicken marinated in our ginger spread and garlic spread for over 24 hours. Then slow cooked with Pakistani spices in our yogurt butter sauce.

Eggplant Masala – Vegan
Fresh eggplant marinated with spices for 24 hours then cooked in our peanut masala sauce.

Aloo Tarkari – Vegan
Fresh chopped potatoes cooked in a tangy masala sauce. Flash fried in a wok with sliced tomatos, cilantro, green chilis, and onions that turn into a curry sauce.

Kulfi –
Classic Pakistani street ice cream topped with pistachios and almonds.

Mango Lassi –
A blend of mango and fresh tangy yogurt dessert smoothie.
