Pork & Beans   pulled pork confit, cornbread purée, jalapeño honey, bean relish

Pimiento Cheese Jar   bacon jam, warm rosemary bread

Lobster Spring Roll    lobster cheddar grits, pineapple scallion vinaigrette, hoisin lime glaze

Steve’s Iceberg Wedge   smoked ranch, sundried tomatoes, egg caviar, potato chips, maytag blue cheese, balsamic glaze
