Chicken Milanesa | pan-seared tenderloin, traditional tomato rice, cabbage slaw, guacamole

Pozole Blanco | crispy pork belly, hominy, broth, sunny egg, fermented kohlrabi salad (GF)

Bistecca a la Mexicana | grilled flatiron, salsa roja, refried lentils with chorizo, fresh cheese, tostada (GF)

Spaghetti Squash | grilled oyster mushroom, shaved Sheet’s Creek Cheddar, salsa poblano  (V, GF)
