Provision builds a new American menu from locally and regionally sourced ingredients including greens and produces from CRG’s own greenhouse, CRG Grow. The open and airy space provides a comfortable setting with fine dining service. A Chef’s Tasting Menu is also available with an optional wine pairing seven days a week for dinner. Provision's beverage options span an extensive wine and spirits, along with a variety of cocktails to enjoy.
