Alcatra* (Top Sirloin) – Seasoned for tenderness and
sliced thin
Fraldinha* (Bottom Sirloin) – Flavorful steak with

Medalhões com Bacon* (Bacon-Wrapped Steak) –
Hardwood-smoked, honey-cured bacon
Cordeiro* (Lamb) – Prime lamb steak or tender
