Entrée (choose one)
8 oz. Sirloin -grilled to your temperature and topped with herb butter and your choice of a side
Pork Tenderloin – roasted in a blend of smoke seasonings, apple-whiskey sauce, mashed potatoes, asparagus
Shrimp & Grits  -white corn &  cheddar grit cakes, sautéed shrimp, tasso ham, peppers, onions, creamy cajun sauce
Chicken Fettuccini Pasta – herb roasted chicken, seared cremini mushroom, sundried tomato, asparagus, sherry parmesan cream sauce
