  • Crispy Brussel Sprouts-Pomegranate vinaigrette, gorgonzola, candied walnuts, carrot emulsion
  • Tomato Basil Bisque
  • House Salad-Mixed greens, white cheddar, spiced walnuts, dried apricots, maple mustard vinaigrette
  • Miller Salad-Mixed greens, bacon, red onion, crumbled bleu cheese, grape tomatoes, sweet & sour dressing

  • Pork Tenderloin-Roasted in a blend of smoke seasonings, apple-whiskey sauce, mashed potatoes, and asparagus
  • Shrimp & Grits-White corn and cheddar grit cakes, sauteed shrimp, Tasso ham, peppers, onions, cream Cajun sauce
  • 10oz Sirloin-Chef recommendation of cooked medium topped with herb butter and served with mashed potatoes, and asparagus.
