- Pork Tenderloin-Roasted in a blend of smoke seasonings, apple-whiskey sauce, mashed potatoes, and asparagus
- Shrimp & Grits-White corn and cheddar grit cakes, sauteed shrimp, Tasso ham, peppers, onions, cream Cajun sauce
- 10oz Sirloin-Chef recommendation of cooked medium topped with herb butter and served with mashed potatoes, and asparagus.
