Open Kitchen is brought to you by a young, ambitious and hard working couple named Dexter and Toni Smith who broached this idea back in 2012. That idea was, and still is, to provide people with both extraordinary food and exceptional service. Chef Dexter created the devour menu using local fresh ingredients that's in season right here in Indiana! He crafted each dish with elegance, sexiness, and style to pinpoint the perfect dish for your taste buds!

2. 10th Street Chicken Sandwich$18.75 A Marinated grilled chicken served on a ciabatta with arugula, basil aioli, peppered bacon, beef tomatoes, cheese, served with Chips!

3. Honey Chili Salmon $23.99- Grilled Salmon topped with a Honey Chili sauce served with brown and wild rice blend accompanied by glazed carrots.

4.Bourbon Lamb Chops 30.99- 3 perfectly grilled Lamb Chops cooked to perfection topped with a Bourbon Glaze served with roasted garlic herb fingerling potatoes with grilled roasted corn.

1. 8oz Bourbon Glaze Filet Mignon $48.99- A 8oz Filet Mignon cooked to perfection topped with a bourbon glaze served with whipped mashed potatoes and glazed carrots! Upgrade for $9.00 more to

Carpetbagger Filet Mignon stuffed with fresh marinated shrimp! Also, upgrade to loaded mash with bacon bits, cheese, sour cream and green onion for 2.50

2. Butter Crab Pasta -$38.99- A butter and white wine sauce with garlic , shallots, diced tomatoes, pea, lemon juice, fresh crab with linguine pasta.

3. Pan Seared Halibut $40.99- The fresh catch of the day is a Pan Seared Halibut basted in brown butter served with kale and braised baby veggies!

4. Zucchini Rotini $30.99- A great dish for Vegans and Vegetarian  Zucchini and squash slices baked in a house made marinara sauce with vegan cheese and fresh herbs. You can add fresh Parmesan cheese on top!
