A delightful salad made with sliced strawberries, Granny smith apples, dried cranberries, pecans, and bleu cheese crumbles all atop a generous bed of fresh spinach leaves. Served with house Raspberry Vinaigrette  

Chicken Cordon Bleu Fingers

Chicken breast sliced & wrapped in ham and Swiss cheese then fried to golden perfection.

 

Cold Appetizer Sampler 

A variety platter of smoked sausage, smoked pork tenderloin, German Pate, and imported cheeses; served with crackers, old world breads and spicy mustard.

Stuffed New York Strip 

Our Flavorful choice New York Strip Stuffed with potatoes, mushrooms, onions, and Boursin cheese wrapped in bacon and grilled to perfection.

Center Cut Pork Loin pan fried in own special breading. Choose a style below:

Jaeger– “wild mushrooms Hunter sauce”

Parmesan– zesty marinara with melted provolone & Parmesan cheese

Creole Snapper over Seven Bean Succotash

Beautiful gulf red snapper fillet marinated in Creole mustard and char-grilled with zesty seasonings. Served with seven bean succotash and jalapeno cornbread hush puppies.

Chicken Diane

Grilled chicken breasts topped with piping hot sauteed onions, green peppers, water chestnuts, and mushrooms in a secret sauce.

Penne Pasta Diablo 

Gulf Shrimp & Penne pasta, sun dried tomatoes, red bell peppers, portabella mushrooms in a spicy tomato cream sauce  

served with garlic french bread (May substitute chicken breast or no meat)
