STARTER
Mexican Street Corn Dip (v)(gf)
Roasted Indiana sweet corn is baked with a cotija and cream cheese blend and topped with pico de gallo, fresno chilies, and queso fresco. Served with fried tortilla chips.
Tomato Cucumber Caprese (v)(gf)
Heirloom grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh mozzarella are layered and topped with lemon vinaigrette, balsamic drizzle, and fresh basil.
Biergarten Pretzel Balls (v)
Homemade pretzel dough is rolled into 8 balls, baked to a rich dark brown, lightly tossed in butter, and topped with coarse salt. Served with a beer cheese sauce.

ENTREE
Summer’s End Pork Loin (gf)
Pork tenderloin is brined, smoked, sliced into medallions, and served over a bed of bleu cheese mashed potatoes topped with sriracha glaze. Served with seasoned and sautéed green beans.
Dos Carnes & Cornbread
Blackened chicken breast is served over homemade cornbread that is buttered, toasted, and topped with chorizo gravy and cowboy caviar.
Half Rack of Ribs
Indiana pork ribs are brined, seasoned, and smoked, tossed in our house Cola BBQ sauce, and served with toasted cornbread and country green beans.
Fried Walleye Sandwich
Fresh walleye is dipped in Goat Ranch Lager beer batter, deep fried, and served on a toasted hoagie bun with tartar sauce, tomato, iceberg lettuce, and American cheese. Served with a side of hand-cut french fries.
Drunken Noodles (v)
Rice noodles are stir fried with a homemade sweet oyster sauce, shallots, garlic, jalapeno, bok choy, bell pepper, mushrooms, and Thai basil. Served with two veggie cigars and your choice of side. (Please see our main menu for protein additions.)

Homemade bread pudding topped with a Buffalo Trace bourbon sauce and whipped cream.
