Maple Bacon Brussel Sprouts
An A&E favorite, crispy fried sprouts tossed in a maple gastrique topped with onions, bacon, and pickled red onions.

Really Good Grilled Cheese
Gouda, american, and a blend of cheddar and fontina, served on fresh baked Sourdough bread.
Cider Braised Chicken Sandwich
Shredded braised chicken, caramelized onions, gouda, honey mustard, and lettuce on fresh baked sourdough.
Roast Turkey Sandwich
Oven Roasted turkey, house made bacon jam, lettuce, avocado, and smoked gouda on Sourdough Bread.
Ribeye Steak Sandwich
Thin sliced seared ribeye, horseradish aioli, american cheese and red onions on a hoagie Bun.

Slow-cooked pulled pork, ham, swiss and pickles with mustard and garlic aioli, served on a hoagie bun
