APPETIZER

 

Pimento Poppers

Four pimento cheese-stuffed jalapeños are wrapped in bacon, cold-smoked, coated in panko bread crumbs, and deep-fried to a golden brown. Served with honey jalapeño aioli.

 

Elotes & BBQ Brisket Nachos (gf)

Tortilla chips topped with queso, roasted sweet corn cheese dip, smoked pulled pork, tajin lime crèma, cola BBQ, cotija, cilantro, and jalapeño.

 

Tomato Cucumber Caprese (v)(gf)

Heirloom grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and ovoline mozzarella are layered and topped with lemon vinaigrette and balsamic drizzle.

 


ENTREES

 

Market Pork Chop (gf)

A bone-in Indiana pork chop is brined, lightly smoked, finished over mesquite wood, and served over a bed of twice-baked mashed potatoes, all topped with sautéed Indiana sweet corn, peaches, zucchini, bell peppers, onion, basil oil, and cola BBQ.

 

Meatloaf Empanadas

Smoked all-beef meatloaf is stuffed into three empanadas with caramelized onions, mashed potatoes, and tomato chutney, topped with a brown sugar meatloaf glaze, and served with your choice of side.

 

B.L.T.

Homemade white bread is cooked Texas toast-style and served open-faced with Old Major thick-cut bacon broiled with a sweet tea glaze, smoked heirloom tomato chutney, shredded lettuce, and lemon vinaigrette aioli. Served with your choice of side.

 

Smoked Paneer Curry (v)

White rice is topped with smoked and seared paneer, smoked heirloom tomato curry, crema, cilantro, and roasted sunflower seeds. Served with a side of garlic naan.
