Homemade chorizo is sauteed on a cast iron skillet, baked with Monterey jack cheese, and finished with black bean corn salsa. Served with a side of Frito scoops or tortilla chips.
Blue Claw Crab Rangoon
Wontons wrappers are stuffed with blue claw crab, cream cheese, fresh herbs, deep fried, and served with a side of coconut green goddess sauce.
