Pickle Sticks

Three homemade breadsticks are stuffed with mozzarella and asiago cheese, dill pickles, and oregano, baked until golden brown, and finished with as ranch drizzle.

 

Chorizo Queso Nachos

Tortilla chips topped with a spicy chorizo queso, shredded mozzarella, jalapenos, cowboy caviar, shredded lettuce, crema, and salsa verde.

 

Poutine Skins

Three potato skins filled with our hand cut French fries, beef gravy, cheese curds, and green onion.

 

Spicy Garlic Cauliflower

Fresh cauliflower is beer batter, fried, and tossed in spicy garlic buffalo sauce with a side of ranch.

A homemade waffle is topped with our deep fried hot chicken, whipped maple syrup butter, dill pickles, and fresh dill.

 

50/50 Bacon Burger

A 50% ground bacon and 50% beef burger is cooked smash style and served on Texas toast with American cheese, bacon, frisco sauce, and caramelized onions. Served with your choice of side.

 

Fish Tacos

Fried or blackened cod is served on toasted flour tortillas with cilantro chipotle slaw, white onion, avocado, and crema. Served with chips and salsa.

 

Mushroom Truffle Pizza

Homemade pizza dough topped with truffle oil, mushrooms, goat cheese mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, and fresh basil.
