50/50 Burger

50% beef and 50% ground Indiana made bacon served on a toasted knot bun with BBQ sauce. Cheddar cheese, mayo, and crispy onions. Served with your choice of side.

 

Truffle BLT

Crispy Indiana bacon is served on Texas toast with Indiana heirloom tomatoes, lettuce, and truffle mayo. Served with your choice of side.

 

Prime Rib French Dip

Smoked and sliced prime rib is served on a toasted hoagie roll with Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and a side of au jus. Served with your choice of side.

Smoked baby back ribs coated in our house cola BBQ sauce and finished over a mesquite grill. Served with your choice of two sides.

 

Honey Brined Fried Chicken  

A breast, leg, thigh, and wing are brined in a honey and buttermilk brine, deep fried until crisp, and finished with an herb and honey glaze. Served with your choice of two sides.

 

Pitmaster Gumbo  

Our homemade gumbo with trinity vegetables, dark roux, brisket, Hoosier hot link, smoked chicken, and pulled pork served over verde rice. Served with your choice of side and Texas toast.

Nilla Banana Pudding Jar

Layers of nilla wafers, banana pudding, condensed milk whipped cream, and cinnamon and sugar.

 

Buffalo Trace Bread Pudding

Homemade bread baked with cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla and topped with a Buffalo Trace cream sauce.

 

Pecan Coffee Cake

Homemade mini coffee cake served over pecan syrup with crushed and candied pecans and powdered sugar.
