Midnight Meatballs

Ground bacon and beef meatballs are baked, served over pimento cheese grits, and topped with a red eye gravy.

 

Burnt End Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs with a Texas BBQ filling topped with brunt ends, pickled red onion, and mini everything spiced croutons.

 

BBQ Brisket Queso Nachos

Tortilla chips topped with brisket queso, white cheddar, pico de gallo, crema, cola BBQ, and green onion.

 

Carolina Fried Artichokes (Vegetarian)

Deep fried artichokes are tossed in our dry BBQ rub and served with a Carolina BBQ aioli.

Pork Belly Bowl

Waffle fries are seasoned and topped with our house smoked carnita seasoned pork belly, salsa verde aioli, shredded lettuce, tequila pickled onions, cowboy caviar, radish, and fresh cilantro.

 

Recently Retired

Our Hoosier hot link sausage, made in collaboration with Old Major, is served on a homemade brioche bun with Alabama white BBQ, chopped white onion, Fritos, Cola BBQ, and fresh herbs. Served with your choice of side.

 

Prime Rib Manhattan

Smoked and shaved prime rib is seasoned, cooked on the griddle, and served on our homemade brioche bread with twice baked potatoes and brown gravy.

 

Pig Mac

100% pure all pulled pork and Pig Mac® sauce sandwiched between a sesame seed bun with pickles, crisp shredded lettuce, finely chopped onion, and a American cheese. Served with your choice of side.

 

No Meat Greek (Vegetarian)

Crispy fried soy curls are tossed in our Cola BBQ and served on gyro bread with tzatziki, red onion, tomato, and shredded lettuce. Served with your choice of side.
